Job Description:
Thriveworks is seeking a Part Time Licensed Talk Therapist to
join our dynamic team of mental health professionals. This role
requires providing high-quality therapeutic services to a diverse
client population in a flexible, compassionate, and ethical manner.
The successful candidate will benefit from our supportive network

clients. Conduct individual and group therapy sessions via online
and/or in-person settings. Develop personalized treatment plans
based on patient needs and goals. Maintain confidential client
records and adhere to all ethical guidelines and standards.
Participate in regular training and team meetings to enhance
service delivery. Collaborate with other healthcare professionals
to optimize patient care. Strong interpersonal and communication
skills Proficiency in various therapeutic techniques and modalities
Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality
Adaptability to both online and in-person therapy formats Medical
Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance 401k
Valid state license to practice as a Mental Health Therapist,
Counselor, or equivalent Credentials such as LPC, LMHC, LCSW, or
similar based on state requirements
