Location: United States, Cambridge Target start date: 01/07/2026

address. About the job As Operational Planning and Capacity
Specialist VIE within our R-TMU OPCM group, youll be focused on
customizing, planning, and updating TMU & Research activities in
R&D (Research & Development). This includes managing timelines
and resources to reflect operational reality while ensuring
alignment with the overall global project strategy. R&D scope
is from Research to Preclinical and Clinical Development, and
Product Life Cycle Management post initial market approval. In
addition, you will be responsible for Business Intelligence and
data analysis for the forecasting of workload and capacity. Join

lives. Main responsibilities: Be responsible for the accuracy of
the entered plan and regular updates in the R&D planning tool
(Planisware solution), and ensure that the project logic and the
timelines are accurately reflected (for Research Project - the
primary focus is to ensure the research workload is correctly
reflected; for Development Project - ensure that the project
strategy is correctly reflected into an operational planning, that
includes all the necessary activities with the appropriate
workload). Develop scenarios to make recommendations on
optimization of timelines and of resources, and to support
decisions for outsourcing if there is any bottleneck. Analyse the
project deliverable timelines and critical path activities. Provide
workload and capacity analyses and reporting to support the TMU
Project Team, and Managers in the TMU Functions if assigned as
Function Business Partner. Working in an international environment,
regularly attend TMU Project Team meetings, planning meetings and
other related meetings linked to project timelines and resources
management (e.g., R&D governance preparation) and to OPCM
business management. Business Intelligence support to the TMU group
in TABLEAU or another reporting tool, develop new reporting data
analysis tools for the forecasting of workload and capacity in
support of TMU departments and project management. About you
Experience: At least 1 year full-time professional experience
related to the position, preferably in pharmaceutical or biotech
industry. Soft and technical skills: Analytical mindset,
autonomous, proactive, rigor, adaptable, with advanced synthesis
and reporting skills. Pragmatic and enthusiastic, with high team
spirit. Strong communication and interpersonal relationship skills.
General knowledge on Project Management. Skilled in computer tools
such as Planisware (Project Management), Excel, experience in BI
applications and data analysis. Knowledge on R&D Drug
Development and business operational activities (Research,
preclinical and TMU, Clinical Science Operations) would be a plus.
Education: Masters degree in Health Engineering, Science, Computer
Science or similar field. Languages: Fluent in English (verbal and
