Job Description:
Senior Revenue Operations Manager AcuityMD is a software and
data platform that accelerates access to medical technologies. We
help MedTech companies understand how their products are used, why
customers vary, and identify opportunities for physicians to better
serve their patients. Each year, the FDA approves ~6,000 new
medical devices. Our platform helps MedTech companies get these
products to physicians more effectively so they can improve patient

Redpoint, ICONIQ Growth, and Ajax Health. In this role, you will
architect and scale the operating system that powers our Commercial
organization. You will solve challenges related to revenue
predictability, process scalability, systems integration, and
performance visibility. You will do this by defining revenue
strategy in partnership with Commercial leadership, building
durable infrastructure across systems and processes, and delivering
insights that drive measurable improvements in growth, efficiency,
and customer experience. Team Mission Revenue Operations exists to
increase the velocity of the Commercial organization at AcuityMD
and drive excellence across the team through strategy, operations,
and analysis. We build and improve the processes, systems, and
insights that enable our Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and
Professional Services teams to scale efficiently while delivering
an outstanding customer experience. Responsibilities Forecasting &
Performance Management Own revenue forecasting infrastructure and
pipeline health analytics. Establish clear KPIs across the funnel
and implement reporting that enables proactive decision-making and
predictable growth. Sales Process & Operational Excellence Design,
operationalize, and continuously refine scalable sales and
post-sale processes. Ensure methodologies are embedded in CRM
workflows and that stage definitions, qualification criteria, and
inspection rhythms drive accountability and velocity. GTM Systems
Architecture & Data Integrity Own and evolve our GTM tech stack
(CRM, engagement tools, enrichment platforms, analytics tools,
etc.). Ensure systems are integrated, data is accurate, and
workflows support scale. Lead major systems enhancements or
migrations as needed. Executive Insights & Operating Rhythm Lead
QBR analytics, board-level reporting inputs, and weekly/monthly
performance reviews. Deliver clear, concise insights that highlight
risks, opportunities, and recommended actions. Cross-Functional
Leadership Act as a strategic thought partner to Commercial
leaders. Influence without authority, drive alignment across teams,
and proactively identify opportunities to improve efficiency and
customer experience. Your Profile 6–8 years of experience in
Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, Business Operations, or
related roles within a high-growth B2B SaaS environment
Demonstrated ownership of forecasting, territory planning, and
revenue analytics in a scaling organization Deep experience
managing and optimizing CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce) and
broader GTM tech stacks Strong analytical toolkit (Excel/Sheets
fluency required; experience with BI tools a plus) Proven ability
to translate data into executive-ready insights and influence
senior stakeholders Strong systems thinker with the ability to
connect strategy to process to tooling Excellent project management
skills with a track record of driving cross-functional initiatives
to completion Comfortable operating in ambiguity with a bias for
action and continuous improvement Experience in venture-backed,
high-growth SaaS companies Willingness to travel domestically 2–4x
per year for company-sponsored offsites Nice to Haves Experience
leading CRM implementations or major systems migrations Familiarity
with commission automation tools and CPQ platforms Medical device
or healthcare industry experience Prior experience in a
customer-facing commercial role (Sales, CS, Solutions Engineering,
etc.) Experience building RevOps functions from early-stage through
scale AcuityMD is committed to providing highly competitive cash
compensation, equity, and benefits. The compensation offered for
this role will be based on multiple factors such as location, the
role’s scope and complexity, and the candidate’s experience and
expertise, market data and may vary from the range provided. Base
salary range: $140,000 - $205,000 You must have an eligible work
