Responsibilities Respond promptly to inbound sales inquiries via phone, email, and online platforms. Proactively reach out to potential customers through outbound calls and follow-ups. Qualify leads and schedule appointments for the sales team. Maintain accurate and detailed customer records in the CRM system. Collaborate with sales and service departments to enhance customer satisfaction. Track and report on key metrics related to lead generation and conversion. Requirements Previous experience in automotive sales, customer service, or a related field preferred. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Ability to manage multiple tasks and work in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
