Job Description:
Ryder, a leading name in the logistics and transportation
sector, is seeking a proactive Customer Engagement Manager to
enhance client relations and drive business growth. This role
focuses on maintaining and expanding relationships with Ryders
strategically important large customers. Located within our Sales &
Business Development department, the successful candidate will
leverage their expertise to optimize our sales processes, ensuring
alignment with our commitments to innovation and efficiency. This
pivotal position not only aims to enhance the customer experience
but also steers effective strategies to maximize long-term revenue
opportunities. Develop and implement comprehensive customer
engagement strategies. Manage relationships with key accounts to
achieve long-term success. Act as the main point of contact for
matters specific to your customers. Negotiate contracts and close
agreements to maximize profits. Ensure the timely and successful
delivery of our solutions according to customer needs and
objectives. Collaborate with the sales team to identify and grow
opportunities within territory. Monitor and analyze customer's
usage of our product. Strong interpersonal skills with an aptitude
in building relationships with professionals of all organizational
levels. Excellent negotiation and communication skills. Ability to
deliver client-focused solutions based on customer needs. Proven
ability to manage multiple projects at a time while paying strict
attention to detail. Exceptional verbal and written communication
