Job Description: Title: Sales Associate, NewBridge on the
Charles Category: Non-Exempt Facility: NewBridge on the Charles,
Dedham Reporting: Director of Sales, NewBridge on the Charles
Position Summary A member of the Hebrew SeniorLife Marketing and
Sales Team, the Sales Associate supports sales activities for
Assisted Living (AL) at NewBridge on the Charles. The Associate
serves as the primary point of contact for prospects, handling both
phone and email inquiries. The Associate makes significant
call-outs to prospect lists and wait list members to nurture
relationships as well as drive new interest. The Associate tours
prospective residents and provides ongoing applicant support for
repeat visits, luncheons, family conversations, and product
education. The Associate provides support at community relations
events and assembles marketing packages for handouts and mail-outs.
The Associate tracks all sales activity and generates reports in
our customer relationship management system, Aline. The Associate
also supports lead nurturing efforts including crafting and
disseminating regular communications to segments of the lead
database and our waitlist members. The Associate is a self-starter,
possesses good judgment, has strong attention to detail, and has
the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks. Interpersonal
skills, empathy, and an interest in seniors’ lives are an important
part of the customer services aspect of this role. Responsibilities
Serve as the primary contact for all telephone inquiries—help to
qualify prospective AL leads Follow-up with web and email inquiries
in a timely manner Maintain AL sales kit inventory, assemble new
materials as needed, and package and arrange distribution for
mail-outs Triage leads to the appropriate sales person depending on
the leads needed level of care at NewBridge and also encourage
interested parties to explore our sister community, Orchard Cove as
appropriate Serve as the ongoing customer service liaison to
prospects—schedule repeat visits, participate in luncheons, host
family conversation, and provide product education Track all sales
activities accurately and promptly in Aline—develop deep knowledge
of Aline and create custom reports as requested Manage new resident
application paperwork—collect, scan, organize, and follow up as
needed with family members, physician offices, etc. Make a
significant number of outbound phone calls including calls to
waitlist members to nurture prospect relationships, follow-up calls
to exhaust old leads (i.e. individuals who previously expressed
interest in NewBridge AL), and cold calls for new prospects Support
mass lead nurturing communications efforts including crafting and
disseminating regular communications to segments of leads and our
waitlist members Support the sales and marketing team in community
outreach event implementation, which could include booth set up and
interacting with prospects Conduct tours for potential AL
applicants and their families Participate in weekend events and
tours as needed Provide limited administrative support to the
Assisted Living Sales Counselor Assumes other related
responsibilities as required Qualifications Ability to work
collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment Ability to
communicate the NewBridge continuum of services, amenities and
financial options Personality traits that exemplify customer
service, patience and empathy Strong verbal communication and
listening skills Organizational skills and the ability to
coordinate multiple simultaneous activities Strong initiative and
the ability to perform successfully with moderate direction
Experience with sales and senior housing market preferred but not
required Candidate pre-requisite requirements: 2 years experience
in sales or customer service Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel,
PowerPoint) Strong verbal communication skills and good writing
skills Experience with Aline software is preferred An associate
degree is a minimum requirement Remote Type Salary Range:
$52,963.00 - $79,445.00
