This role is pivotal in driving the sales of our advanced fire protection products and services, ensuring clients receive top-tier, customized solutions for their building safety needs. Our ideal candidate is a persuasive communicator with a strong technical background in fire safety systems, who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is dedicated to enhancing building safety and efficiency through cutting-edge technology. Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve sales targets and expand our customer base within the fire protection systems sector Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs Present sales, revenue and expenses reports and realistic forecasts to the management team Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status Manage and negotiate contracts and agreements to maximize profit Deliver presentations and demonstrations to prospective clients on the technical and safety features of our products Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, and social media Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close Excellent verbal and written communication skills Ability to deliver engaging presentations Strong listening, negotiation and presentation skills Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office Technical knowledge of fire safety systems and products Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance 401k Certified Fire Protection Specialist (CFPS) is desirable Relevant sales or industry-specific certifications
