Job Description:
A company is looking for an Online Operations Agent to interact
with customers and resolve inquiries regarding products and
services.
Key Responsibilities
Resolve customer service or billing complaints through various
activities
Contact customers to respond to inquiries and notify them of claim
investigation results
Keep records of customer interactions and collaborate
cross-functionally for issue resolution
Required Qualifications
High school diploma or GED required
1+ years of experience in a customer service role
Experience in a fast-paced corporate environment is preferred
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
Familiarity with computer applications, such as Microsoft Word and
PowerPoint
