Nurture relationships that connect with our clients to generate
--- Nurture client relationships and generate repeat and referral
customers by providing your clients with the very best service
through an "always consulting" approach
--- Develop new opportunities within specific geographies served by
our team to ensure growth for your business
--- Be the local knowledge expert by gathering local community
information in order to answer any questions from your client about
the local market, current home values, and viability of potential
--- Hold buyer and seller consultations to find out their needs and
wants in a home, then meet those needs
--- Utilize a proactive approach in selling homes through a robust
marketing plan, clear and consistent communication with sellers and
potential buyers/buyers' agents, and always with the seller's best
interest in mind
--- Create written purchase offers for buyer clients to create a
quick and easy closing process
--- Maintain a robust database of clients and leads with consistent
communication and note-taking
Show good organizational and time management skills
A proven record of sales experience and success is preferred
Self motivated and able to perform tasks independently
Ability to communicate effectively (oral and written)
