innovative customer service solutions. Manage day-to-day operations
of retail outlets within the educational institution. Implement
strategies to increase productivity and sales while minimizing
losses. Lead, train, and develop a diverse team to ensure
exceptional service delivery. Collaborate with other departments to
integrate retail solutions and enhance overall student and staff
satisfaction. Maintain compliance with health and safety
regulations. Prepare and analyze performance reports, adapting
strategies as needed to meet targets. Manage inventory and
procurement processes effectively. Address customer complaints and
ensure a high standard of customer service. Proven leadership and
management skills Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to handle multitasking in a fast-paced environment
Proficient in retail management software Knowledge of inventory
management Budgeting and financial management Understanding of
customer service principles Medical Insurance Dental Insurance
