Clients include local and national developers with a strong pipeline of housing projects from ground-up to mod-rehabs.The ideal Project Manager candidate possesses extensive professional experience and boasts a diverse portfolio, including large-scale multifamily developments in market-rate, affordable, senior, mixed-income.To successfully perform as Project Manager at DMS, the individual must have a proven ability to lead the design and execution of complex projects from design development through construction. This includes leading junior staff, communicating directly with firm principals and project team members, and managing client relationships, consultants, and vendors. The ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment is a necessity.The Project Manager is responsible for managing and organizing the day-to-day responsibilities of moving multiple projects forward while meeting client expectations, meeting deadlines, and managing budgets.Expectations also include possessing exceptional attention to detail, the ability to effectively resolve design challenges, and high motivation to succeed professionally.Minimum Requirements:

• Registered Architect preferred
• 7-10 years of project management experience
• 5-10 years of multifamily residential experience
• Demonstrated ability to successfully transition a project through all phases of design development, including construction administration
• Experience managing and mentoring junior and production staff
• Ability to successfully maintain exceptional client relationships, including proactive outreach and ability to meet deadlines and budgets
• Ability to simultaneously manage multiple complex projects
• Expert proficiency in Revit
• Highly organized and detail-oriented
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong presentation skills with ability to facilitate team and client meetings
• Enthusiastic team player and eager collaborator
