Customer Service Agent - 6 Month Contract to Hire Position with a Supply Chain Solutions Team! Job Description: Nationwide coverage providing supply chain solutions White-glove final delivery service Provide logistic solutions customized to customers' needs Offering innovating and cost-effective solutions for international freight forwarding Job Responsibilities: Answer inbound calls and emails from customers to set/confirm appointments and address inquiries Log accurate and timely shipping updates/status within company systems Communicate effectively around any service issues with customers and collaborate with management to keep necessary parties informed Maintain customer profiles/records and relevant customer information within company systems Partner with various vendors, agents, and carriers to execute requests for service/meet the needs of customers Provide customer quotes and work to relay valuable insight around products/services Route shipments via ground and air as needed/route outbound shipments that are picked up daily Initiate the creation of accurate shipping documents Skills/Qualifications: Customer service skills/experience required Inbound/outbound call experience Excellent written and verbal communication skills Attention to detail and data accuracy Problem resolution skills Organization skills Warehouse experience is a plus If interested, please reach out to Giancarlo for more information! or About Aston Carter: Please Note: Scammers are posing as Aston Carter.
