DescriptionWithin the Financial Planning & Analysis Team (FP), the Financial Analyst - Project Control will play a key role in supporting Project Cost Analysis and Reporting. The Financial Analyst will also support, ad hoc analyses, and special projects.Responsibilities:Prepare, Analyze, and Report on Project Revenues, Costs, and Margins.Assist FP team with revenue and expense projections related to the annual planning cycle.Support weekly, monthly, and quarterly financial analyses on key metrics to ensure business is tracking as expected.Work with other finance and business team members to prepare ad hoc analytics and reportsParticipate in the design of new processes to improve the quality and functionality of financial reportingSupport unique projects that might call for complex financial modeling and/or project management skills.Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Entrepreneurship, Business or Math2 - 4 years' experience as a Financial AnalystStrong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detailStrong written and verbal communication skillsFamiliarity with US Government contracts a plus.Advanced Excel skillsUS Citizenship RequiredEqual Opportunity Employer/Protected Veterans/Individuals with DisabilitiesThe contractor will not discharge or in any other manner discriminate against employees or applicants because they have inquired about, discussed, or disclosed their own pay or the pay of another employee or applicant.
