The Role
The PIM (Product Information Management) team is responsible for
enterprise-level software platforms that support both Product MDM
(Master Data Management) and DAM (Digital Asset Management). As a
PIM Business Analyst, you will support the implementation of a new
DAM platform, which will enable complete digital asset lifecycle
management from asset creation/acquisition to asset retirement,
while providing powerful metrics to help the business utilize
digital assets to their fullest potential. You will work closely
with business units across the organization to build systems to
provide users access to high-quality product data and images, while
crafting business processes to help them to do their jobs more
efficiently. Day to day tasks will include facilitating user
discussions, documenting user requirements and writing user stories
to support software development. In addition, you will work as part
of the PIM development team to plan, administer and document the
results of user acceptance testing and assist the teams with
testing and production support. R eports to the Senior Manager,
Product Information Management and will be a core member of the
Product Information Management team.
