Import Airfreight Analyst

Communicates with Airlines, international and domestic Agents, and branch offices, approving carrier invoices for payment, handling pick-ups and deliveries.

Job Type: Full-time

Responsibilities
Handle and manage all customer contact at file level.
Open files.
Work with sales on account implementation.
Update Track and Trace proprietary applications.

Experience
High School diploma or bachelor's degree in related field, desired but not required.
Five years of experience in Import Air Freight
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Excellent organizational and time management skills.
Must be self-motivated, able to work in a team and independently.
Must be detail oriented, can multitask, and meet deadlines.
Strong computer skills including Microsoft Office suite.
Performs additional duties as assigned by management.
