Job Description:
A company is looking for a Care Partnership Associate -
Remote.
Key Responsibilities
Support the management of assigned partnerships and relationships
at multiple levels
Assist in implementing strategic vision and growth plans for
assigned partners
Help compile information and monitor program data for monthly
partner reports
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Healthcare, Health and Wellness, Marketing, or
related field
2-5 years of professional experience; customer service or project
coordination experience is a plus
Interest in developing skills in partnership engagement and
marketing campaigns
Computer proficiency, particularly with Google products
Ability to work remotely with adequate technology and internet
access
