ResourcesQualificationsCurrent Nursing license in Massachusetts:
RNPrevious experience with geriatric patients is essentialMust have
a thorough knowledge of RAI process as it pertains to OBRA and
Medicare regulationsStrong organizational abilityStrong written and
oral communication skillsStrong computer skillsGraduate of an
accredited School of Nursing (RN, BSN) preferablePrior MDS
Coordinator experience with PDPMMinimum 3 years clinical experience
in a long-term care settingDemonstrated clinical assessment
skillsKnowledge of Medicare and Medicaid regulations and coverage
guidelines as related to skilled nursingPrimary series of the COVID
vaccination is required (or new bivalent vaccine or medical
