Burlington, Massachusetts. Position SummaryWe are seeking an
experienced Hardware Compliance Engineer to join our team. The
ideal candidate will have a strong background in electrical
engineering and a deep understanding of compliance regulations and
standards.Essential Functions- Ensure that all electrical systems
and products meet compliance regulations and standards- Develop and
implement compliance testing procedures- Conduct regular audits to
ensure ongoing compliance- Collaborate with cross-functional teams
to ensure compliance throughout the product development lifecycle-
Stay up to date with changes in regulations and standards and
adjust compliance procedures accordingly- Provide guidance and
support to other teams on compliance-related matters- Support risk
analysis activities, including risk management plans, hazard
analysis, FMEA, and risk management reportsReasonable

Preferred Competencies- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering
or related field- Minimum of 5 years of experience in hardware
compliance engineering- Strong knowledge of compliance regulations
and standards, including, but not limited to EN\IEC 61000, IEC
61010- Knowledge of EMC/EMI mitigation techniques- Experience
developing and implementing compliance testing procedures-
Excellent communication and collaboration skills- Ability to work
independently and as part of a team- Strong attention to detail and
problem-solving skillsSupervisory responsibilitiesNoneWork
