are hiring a Fitness Specialist to join our team. The Fitness
Specialist will assess, monitor, and develop individual fitness
programs for residents.Compensation: $19 / hr - $22 / hr -
depending on experienceHow you will make an impact:
- Performing fitness assessments.
- Create an appropriate exercise program, unique to the clients
abilities and goals for both 1-1 and group personal training.
- Educating and evaluating members on proper exercise techniques
while using gym equipment.
- Knowledge of basic water chemistry testing and teaching aquatic
classes.
- Developing exciting group exercise classes in a safe and
engaging environment.
- Maintaining a clean fitness and aquatic area for members.
- Building strong relationships with residents and staff,
encouraging them to be physically active.What we offer:

- Associate's degree in Health Education or related field
required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
- Current CPR/First Aid certifications.
- Experience in evaluating fitness programs for seniors is a
plus.
- Minimum of 1-year related work experience.Erickson Senior
