RESPONSIBILITIES:

• 
  
• Set up and operate CNC machinery
  
• Maintain knowledge of in stock materials and report needed supplies to supervisors
  
• Perform production equipment repairs
  
• Communicate needed budget for materials
  
• Read and interpret blueprints and schematics
  
• Utilize hand and power tools
  
• Maintain inventory log of parts pertinent for equipment maintenance and functionality
  
• Locate spares to eliminate equipment downtime
  
• Troubleshoot equipment malfunctions -
  
• Adhere to OSHA safety standards and company policies
  
• Utilize MS Word and Excel when needed
  
• Other tasks as assigned
  
  
  QUALIFICATIONS:
  
  
  • 
    
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required
    
  • Ideal CNC Machine Operator have minimum 3 years' experience
    
  • Machine shop experience preferred
    
  • Extensive experience with CNC machines (turning and milling experience)
    
  • Must be vaccinated against COVID19
    
  • Willing to take a drug screen and background check
