As our RF (Radio Frequency) Design Engineer, you will be responsible to provide product, process designs, and test requirements to our internal / external customers on time, to performance, cost and quality expectations. This hands-on position is based in our Peabody, MA location and works closely with our Quality and Operations teams to meet internal / external customers expectations as well as our Business Development team to address customer requests for new business opportunities.The Winchester values are Accountability, Collaboration and Empowerment (ACE). These values guide how we lead and how we work at Winchester and allow us to do all that we do for our employees and customers!What will you be Accountable for?Provide product and process designs to our internal / external customers on time, to meet performance, cost and quality expectations.Provide technical support to Business Development & Sales team to review and respond to customer inquiries to win new business.Support quality and operations in day-to-day activities to reach on time delivery, scrap reduction, and costDesign, document and release new product drawings, BOM's, engineering masters on timeParticipate on material review board (MRB) by providing material dispositions, failure analysis and overall technical guidance on non-conforming products and customer RMA'sUtilization of ERP, Salesforce, KissFlow, QT9 and other system toolsChampion the Winchester culture while helping to create a stronger organizationSupport others in their development, so that they can become independent team contributorsUnderstand the goals of every project and assignment, and then work to achieve themHow will you Collaborate?Collaborate with the engineering team on new product introductions and with Business Development/Customer Service teams to address customer requests.
