Insurance Executive Assistant / Office Secretary Job Description Established Public adjusting firm looking for an ideal candidate to join current secretarial staff to help with the preparation and documentation of insurance claims. Essential Job Functions and Qualifications :The Administrative assistant role supports the adjusters, and will help with all office employees. The successful candidate must demonstrate excellent organizational skills, ability to multi-task, flexibility, and must have the ability to collaborate with others and manage priorities. Ideal candidate would have the following qualifications: Dependable / Hard Working Maintain and Organize Records and Files Draft letters, emails, reports and other correspondence Knowledge of typical homeowners insurance policy language Experience with Microsoft office Strong computer skills Excellent verbal and written communication skills Self-motivated with excellent time management skills Perform other related duties as required Answering Phone Calls when necessaryJob Type: Full-timePay: $22.00 - $30.00 per hourBenefits: 401(k) Health insurance Paid time offSchedule: 8 hour shiftAbility to commute/relocate: Peabody, MA 01960: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)Education: Associate (Preferred)Experience: Customer service: 1 year (Preferred) Administrative Assistants & Receptionists: 2 years (Preferred)Work Location: One location
