Job Description MANUFACTURING Summary - Job Responsibilities - Activities: MUST BE ABLE TO SET UP AND OPERATE A PRESS BRAKE FOR THE FABRICATION OF SHEET METALS PRODUCTS. Complete Routers/ Travelers. Performs all tasks in a safe and responsible manner. Reads and interprets blueprints. Properly and safely loads and unloads raw materials in the Press Brake. Proficiency using precision measuring tools. Locate and move raw materials with pallet Jack. Performs daily and regular cleaning and light maintenance tasks on Punch Press & Shear. Utilizes and abides by ISO requirements and safety procedures. Complies with al quality policies, specifications, regulations and instructions. Installs hardware in product per specification. Other duties as assigned by management. Sheet Metal Fabrication experience a MUST. Required Skills, Competencies, Authorities and Training Needs: Self Starter Acute attention to details Reliable Ability to work with others as a team Effectively communicate and understand job instructions both verbally and written in the English language. Ability to perform basic mathematical computations. Ability to apply concepts such as fractions, percentages, ratios and proportions to practical situations. Ability to lift 50 lbs when required.
