Job Description:
Seeking REMOTE Residential Underwriters with experience in
reviewing all residential loan applications for compliance with
underwriting, investor, government, and FNMA/FHLMC guidelines.
Join a reputable home mortgage originator and servicer.
Full file, front line experience is desired.
Designations also desired but conventional UW opportunities are
available.
These direct hire roles offer lucrative comp plans for UW's with or
without designations.
We sponsor and help employees to attain DE, LAPP/SAR designations
if they so desire.
Our UW's earn Base+OT+Bonus+Incentive pay monthly, generating an
average income of $160k+ w/o designations, $250+ with designations
per year.
