BK Medical is looking for a talented and self-motivated Sr. SAP Business Systems Analyst to help us improve the productivity of our SAP implementation. For this position, you will examine existing business processes, make recommendations for improvements, report and resolve issues, evaluate system performance, and recommend new business processes and procedures.To excel in this position, you should be an experienced professional with in-depth knowledge of multiple SAP business processes and business system analysis techniques. The ideal candidate will also be dedicated and demonstrate excellent written and verbal communication skills.Responsibilities:Elicit, gather, document, and translate business requirements into technical specificationsClosely collaborate with SAP & Business teams to identify, evaluate and implement continuous process ImprovementsProvide consultation to users and lead cross-functional teams to address business issuesLead projects hands-on, ensure timely completion of tasks and support project managerCoordinate user acceptance testingCreate and deliver training materials to business usersBusiness support: troubleshooting system issues, analyzing processes and recommending course of action. Proactive incident management.Create, maintain and follow information technology processes and proceduresStay up-to-date on the latest process and IT advancements to automate and modernizeWork in accordance with the IT Methodology standards and SOX compliantProvide inputs for prioritization and ordering of change requests during SAP CAB (Change Advisory Board)Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Management Information systems or equivalent work experience acceptableMinimum of 5 years of SAP Project implementation & Support experience with required expertise in the area of FI/CO, SD, MM, SM, QM along with third party interfacesExperience with ABAP, Concur, Hyperion, MS Dynamics CRM are a plusAdvanced Microsoft Office skillsAbility to use and learn technology to develop and enhance business processesAbility to manage and prioritize multiple projects in a fast-paced, team-oriented environmentAbility to identify, research, and resolve issuesThe ability to interact professionally with a diverse group, executives, managers, and subject matter experts
