As a valued CDL A Truck Driver, you will ensure safe and timely delivery of products to our diverse customer base, ranging from small family-owned restaurants to large national chains. Safely operate a tractor-trailer to transport products to customer locations in a timely manner. Inspect vehicles for mechanical items and safety issues and perform preventative maintenance. Plan routes and meet delivery schedules. Comply with truck driving rules and regulations (size, weight, route designations, parking, break periods) as well as with company policies and procedures. Collect and verify delivery instructions. Report defects, accidents, or violations. Valid CDL A license Proven work experience as a truck driver Ability to drive long hours and travel regularly Extensive knowledge of applicable truck driving rules and regulations Adaptability and foresight to handle unexpected situations (traffic, weather conditions etc.) Strong organizational and time management skills Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance 401k Valid CDL A License No recent moving or driving violations
