Tracking Code 2021030 Job Description POSITION SUMMARYPerform a variety of clerical and administrative duties in the maintenance of the Bank's deposit accounts. Perform quality control on accounts to ensure accurate and updated records in the FIS system.ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES

• Verify and conduct quality control for new accounts. This includes communication with account opening staff to resolve outstanding issues and items. Provide monthly status reports for outstanding items to Assistant Vice President, Retail Support.
• Provide assistance with Retail systems in support of the Retail division. Assist with coverage of the Retail Support queue by answering internal staff calls or emails for service and problem resolution.
• Perform file maintenance on existing accounts as requested.
• Provide back-up coverage to other functions within the department as needed during vacations or absences.
• Maintain files and records using bank's image solution system in an organized and up-to-date condition.
• Attend ongoing training and education in banking systems, policies and regulations.
• Perform other related duties or projects as requested or assigned.QUALIFICATIONS
  • H.S. Diploma or equivalent
  • 1+ years of bank operations or retail banking experienceSKILLS
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
    • Attention to detail
    • Microsoft Office (Intermediate)PREFERENCES
      • 1+ years of bank operations experience
