Job Description Jackson Therapy Partners is seeking a travel Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) Physical Therapist for a travel job in Fall River, Massachusetts. Apply now and a recruiter will reach out with more details. /n /n Minimum Requirements /n - Degree in Physical Therapy: Bachelor’s, Master’s, or Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program approved by the APTA. - State License: Active MA Physical Therapist license required to start the assignment. - Certifications: BLS (Basic Life Support) certification from AHA or ARC may be required. - Experience: Experience working in a skilled nursing facility (SNF) required. Prior travel therapy or short-term contract experience preferred. - Clinical Skills: Proficiency in evaluation and treatment of geriatric populations, restorative nursing programs, and skilled rehab documentation standards required. - Equipment and Procedures: Experience with common SNF equipment and modalities such as gait training, ADL assessment, safe transfer techniques, therapeutic exercise, and use of assistive devices preferred. - Compliance: Ability to meet facility-specific onboarding requirements, background checks, and health screening protocols. /n /n Assignment Details /n - Facility Type: Skilled Nursing Facility. - Shift Type: Not specified by client; recruiter will provide shift details. - Float Requirement: Candidates may be required to float to other facilities as needed. /n /n Location Highlights /n Fall River, MA offers coastal and historical attractions within easy reach.
