Dental Manager Full-Time | Monday–Friday (40 Hours) Portsmouth &
Somersworth, NH (Multi-site role) Starting at $32.00/hour (based on

smooth day-to-day dental operations across two sites Strengthen
billing accuracy, reimbursement, and revenue cycle performance Lead
and support front-office staff responsible for patient access and
financial workflows Help remove barriers to care by improving
scheduling, billing, and patient experience What You’ll Do
Operations & Team Leadership Supervise and support dental front
desk staff across both locations Coordinate scheduling, including
emergency and complex cases Support training, onboarding, and
ongoing staff development Address patient concerns with
professionalism and empathy Billing & Revenue Cycle (Key Focus)
Oversee and support dental billing processes , including claims
submission, follow-up, and resolution Ensure accuracy in insurance
verification, coding, and documentation workflows Work closely with
billing teams to reduce denials and improve reimbursement Monitor
billing trends and identify opportunities for process improvement
Manage vendor billing and support financial tracking and reporting
Program Support & Collaboration Assist with budgeting and quality
improvement tracking Partner with the Chief Dental Officer and
leadership team Maintain compliance, confidentiality, and
operational standards Promote a safe, efficient, and
patient-centered environment What You’ll Bring Required: Experience
in dental billing, revenue cycle, or dental front office operations
Strong understanding of insurance workflows, claims processes, and
reimbursement Excellent organizational, communication, and
problem-solving skills Ability to manage multiple priorities in a
fast-paced environment Professional judgment and commitment to
confidentiality Preferred: Bachelor’s degree or relevant experience
in healthcare or dental administration Experience supervising or
leading staff Experience working in community health, FQHC, or
