Details - Home health setting serving patients in their place of residence across the Beverly, Marblehead, Salem, and Swampscott service areas - Float position covering the North Region scheduling area - Patient population ranges from pediatric to geriatric, with conditions including physical impairments, functional limitations, and disabilities resulting from injury or disease - Day shift: 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM - Weekend rotations required once every 6 weeks - Uses Epic for electronic charting - 13-week contract Requirements - Active Massachusetts PT license required; MA Conditional Licenses are not accepted - Minimum 1 year of home health experience required - License required if applicable - All certifications must be from the American Heart Association (AHA) - Flu vaccine required; no religious or medical exemptions accepted - Ability to travel independently to patient cases as assigned - 2 professional references required for consideration Additional Information - Responsibilities include evaluating and treating patients in their home, collaborating with patients, families, physicians, and allied health professionals to coordinate care - Timely and thorough electronic documentation and interdisciplinary communication in accordance with agency policies and standards of practice are expected - Local candidates residing within 60 miles of Massachusetts General Hospital in Boston are eligible to apply - Parking is not validated at Boston-area locations; public transportation or paid public parking (approximately $17–$22/day) are the available options - Time and attendance tracked via UKG/Kronos - Any requested time off (RTO) should be disclosed at the time of consideration American Traveler Job ID P-691141.
