Occupational Therapist Location: Lebanon, NH Agency: Ambition 24Hours Pay: $2,018 per week Shift Information: Rotating - 5 days x 8 hours Contract Duration: 13 Weeks Start Date: 5/18/2026 About the Position Travel Occupational Therapist Travel Contract | Lebanon, NH 03766 | Days Shift TRAVEL POSITION OPEN TO ALL LOCATIONS Job Title Travel Occupational Therapist Order ID 9083911 Employment Travel Contract Location Lebanon, NH 03766 Setting Skilled Nursing / Post-Acute Rehabilitation Break 30-minute unpaid break Pay Frequency Weekly Contract Period 13-week contract (05/18/2026 08/15/2026) Hours Guaranteed 35 hours/week Pay Rate $41.00 $47.50 per hour Shifts / Availability Shift Availability Shift Period 08:00 16:30 Days Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday Photo ID and facility badge required at all times Powerback Rehabilitation network facility Key Responsibilities Perform initial and ongoing occupational therapy assessments and develop individualized care plans Deliver skilled OT interventions focused on ADL retraining, fine motor function, cognitive rehabilitation, and functional independence Evaluate and recommend adaptive equipment and environmental modifications to support safe discharge Direct and supervise COTAs, rehab aides, and students as assigned Document evaluations, progress notes, and discharge summaries per facility and payer requirements Maintain productivity standards and billing compliance Collaborate with the interdisciplinary care team to support patient recovery and safe transitions Requirements Active New Hampshire OT licence (or compact/endorsement eligibility) CPR/BLS certification current Minimum 1 year of occupational therapy clinical experience; SNF/post-acute setting preferred Strong documentation skills and ability to manage a caseload across multiple payer types Ability to work effectively within an interdisciplinary rehabilitation team Apply now:
