registered nurse (RN) license and minimum 1 years OR RN experience

be considered. Deliver patient-centered care as an RN in the
Operating Room, supporting perioperative processes with precision
and compassion in a critical access hospital setting. Location:
North Troy, VT, near the scenic Northeast Kingdom area close to the
Canadian border. This region is ideal for outdoor enthusiasts,
offering hiking, skiing, fishing, and snowmobiling opportunities.
Limited public transportation means personal transportation is
strongly recommended. The community provides a peaceful lifestyle
paired with ample recreational activities. Responsibilities: Serve
as the patient advocate throughout preoperative and postoperative
phases. Coordinate and ensure smooth care transitions during
surgical cases. Collaborate closely with the surgical team to
maintain a safe and efficient operating room environment.
Participate in department quarterly education sessions to maintain
skills and knowledge. Take on-call shifts as part of the roles
requirements. Qualifications and Experience: Current Registered
Nurse (RN) licensure with Operating Room experience. Strong
understanding of perioperative nursing protocols and patient care.
Ability to communicate effectively within a multidisciplinary team.
Flexibility to work Monday through Friday, 8-hour shifts, including
on-call duties. Commitment to supporting patient safety and quality

Compensation for this position ranges from $26.59 to $50.00.
