Job Description & Requirements - Specialty: OR - Operating Room - Discipline: RN - Start Date: 03/30/2026 - Duration: 13 weeks - 40 hours per week - Shift: 10 hours, days - Employment Type: Travel Assignment Overview - Shift: Days, 4x10hrs - Hours: 40 hrs/wk - Start Date: Mar 30, 2026 - Length: 13 weeks - Openings: 1 Description American Traveler is seeking an experienced OR RN for a travel position requiring recent Level 1 or comparable Level 2 Trauma experience and an active NH or compact RN license. Details - State-of-the-art OR with 26 high-tech suites performing both inpatient and outpatient procedures - Serves a diverse patient population spanning all age groups: neonates, pediatrics, adults, and geriatrics - Surgical services include ENT, general surgery, orthopedics, plastic surgery, urology, gynecology, ophthalmology, oral surgery, neuro, robotics, vascular, cardiac, and thoracic surgery - Schedule options: 4x10-hour shifts or 3x12-hour shifts per week - On-call or additional shift coverage required approximately 4–5 shifts per 13-week contract, which may be 12-hour shifts or on-call, day or night Requirements - Active NH or compact RN license required - Current BLS certification required - Minimum 2 references from managers required for consideration - Recent Level 1 or comparable Level 2 Trauma OR experience within the last 2 years required Additional Information - Candidates must reside more than 75 miles from the facility to be eligible for this position — local candidates will not be considered American Traveler Job ID P-682850.
