Opportunity: Primary Care Physician (Internal Medicine or Family Medicine) to join an established outpatient practice within Lawrence General Hospital / Community Medical Associates. Details: - Provide full-scope primary care services including preventive care, acute visits, and chronic disease management - Diagnose and treat patients through comprehensive evaluations, ordering and interpreting diagnostics, and prescribing medications - Manage chronic conditions such as diabetes, hypertension, asthma, and cardiovascular disease - Deliver patient-centered, equitable, and compassionate care - Coordinate care across specialties, hospitals, and ancillary services to ensure continuity and positive outcomes - Mentor and collaborate with advanced practice providers and care teams - Participate in quality improvement initiatives and promote clinical excellence - Maintain accurate and thorough documentation in the EMR - Educate patients and families to support shared decision-making - Support teaching, mentoring, and supervision of trainees and APPs as applicable - Attend departmental and organizational meetings and trainings Compensation: - Competitive base salary and incentive structure - Comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, retirement, CME allowance, malpractice with tail coverage, and paid time off - Visa sponsorship available H-1B candidates
