Job Title: Hospice RN Profession: Nursing Specialty: Care Manager Duration: 20 weeks Shift: Monday - Friday Hours per Shift: 36 Experience: Minimum 1 year required License: Active RN License required Certifications: Hospice and Palliative Care certification preferred Must-Have: - Experience with hospice case management - Experience providing hospice care in a home setting - Experience with rural travel preferred - Experience with EMR systems Description: We are seeking an experienced Hospice Registered Nurse. Experience with hospice case management is required. Experience providing hospice care in a home setting is essential. Prior experience with rural travel is preferred. Familiarity with EMR systems is a plus. We prefer a nurse with no time-off requests for this contract.
