Job Description LanceSoft is seeking a travel nurse RN Med Surg
for a travel nursing job in St Johnsbury, Vermont. Job Description
& Requirements - Specialty: Med Surg - Discipline: RN - Start Date:
03/23/2026 - Duration: 13 weeks - 36 hours per week - Shift: 12
hours, days - Employment Type: Travel Responsibilities: - Provide
comprehensive nursing care utilizing the Nursing Process - Manage
adult Med/Surg patients with occasional pediatric assignments -
Perform assessments, administer medications, and monitor patient
progress - Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members -
Document accurately in Meditech EMR - Deliver holistic care
addressing physiological, psychosocial, developmental, and
spiritual needs - Report to Unit Director and coordinate with
Clinical Nurse Lead/Nursing Supervisor Requirements: - Active
Vermont RN license or compact (multi-state) RN license - Minimum 3
years acute care experience - Current BLS (AHA) certification -
Current ACLS certification - Med/Surg experience required -
Experience with Meditech preferred - Must be able to start
