Job Description & Requirements - Specialty: Rehabilitation Therapist - Discipline: Therapy - Start Date: 03/23/2026 - Duration: 13 weeks - 40 hours per week - Shift: 8 hours, days - Employment Type: Travel Job Title: Physical Therapist – Outpatient Clinic Shift: Day | 5x8s Weekly Schedule: - Mon/Wed: 8:30 AM – 7:30 PM - Tues/Thurs: 7:00 AM – 12:00 PM - Fri: 7:00 AM – 4:30 PM - No call, no weekends, no floating Requirements: - Minimum 1 year of experience - Traveler experience accepted (based on experience) - Active New Hampshire PT License - Graduate of accredited PT program - Epic charting experience required - Outpatient clinic experience required About LanceSoft Established in 2000, LanceSoft is a Certified MBE and Woman-Owned organization.
