Job Description Job Description Bachelor's or Master's degree in
School Psychology, active School Psychologist license and minimum 1
years School Psychologist experience required. Applicants who do
not meet these qualifications will not be considered. A full-time
School Psychologist opportunity is available at a K-12 public
school located in Cranston, RI. This contract position is a medical
leave replacement starting ASAP through April 2026, with the
possibility of extension. The position is focused on working
primarily with high school students and offers a caseload typical
for this age group. This role provides the unique opportunity to
collaborate closely with a full-time psychologist and social worker
who are onsite, fostering a comprehensive support system. Key
Responsibilities: - Conduct psychoeducational assessments and
interpret results for high school students - Develop and implement
individualized intervention plans in collaboration with teachers
and parents - Provide direct counseling services and crisis
intervention as needed - Participate in multidisciplinary team
meetings to support student academic and behavioral goals -
Maintain accurate documentation and compliance with state
regulations Qualifications: - Must hold valid Rhode Island School
Psychologist certification (RI Psych) - Experience working with
K-12 students, especially at the high school level, preferred -
Strong knowledge of assessment tools, intervention strategies, and
legal requirements - Ability to work collaboratively within a
multidisciplinary team Schedule and Location: - Full-time position,
35 hours per week, Monday through Friday - Work hours from 7:20 AM
to 1:55 PM - Based in Cranston, Rhode Island Compensation &
