As an MRI Technologist, you will play a vital role in our radiology department, providing top-notch imaging services that help form the basis of quality diagnoses and treatments. Our advanced imaging facilities coupled with a supportive team environment enable our staff to excel in their roles and help improve patient outcomes. Operate MRI equipment to produce high-quality images according to physician specifications Ensure patient safety and comfort during scans, explaining procedures to alleviate anxiety Maintain patient records and imaging data, adhering to confidentiality guidelines Collaborate with healthcare professionals to evaluate images and determine necessary follow-up Perform regular maintenance checks on imaging equipment to ensure operational efficiency Stay updated with advancements in MRI technology and practice standards Proficiency in operating MRI scanning machines Strong understanding of anatomical positioning and radiological procedures Excellent communication and patient-handling skills Ability to work well in teamwork-oriented and stressful situations Detailed knowledge of safety and legal issues surrounding radiography Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance 401k Certified and registered as a Radiologic Technologist (RT) by the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) Valid certification in MRI technology by the ARRT
