Provide high-quality nursing care to patients in the telemetry
unit. Monitor patient vital signs and cardiac rhythms using
telemetry equipment. Collaborate with healthcare team to develop
and implement patient care plans. Document patient information
accurately in electronic medical records. Support patients and
their families by providing education and emotional support. Ensure
compliance with hospital policies and safety standards. Required
Qualifications Valid RN license in the state of Vermont. Minimum of
2 years of recent hospital unit experience. Prior travel nursing
experience preferred. Certifications: AHA BLS, AHA ACLS, and NIHSS
(NIHSS required prior to start). Epic electronic health record
system experience within the past 2 years. Preferred Experience /
Skills Experience in large, teaching hospital settings. Ability to
work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Flexibility to work 2
out of 4 major holidays (Thanksgiving, Christmas, Christmas Eve,
New Year’s Day). $2500 includes taxable hourly rate plus meals and
