Pay Information $2,038 per week About The Position Job Title: Emergency Room Registered Nurse Profession: Nursing Specialty: Emergency Room Duration: 13 Weeks Shift: 2 PM - 2 AM Hours per Shift: 12 Experience: Minimum 3 years ER RN experience required License: Current RN License Certifications: BLS, ACLS required, TNCC preferred Description: The Emergency Department has an excellent opportunity for an experienced Emergency Room Registered Nurse. In this fast-paced position, the RN provides direct care and evaluates outcomes. The RN consults with other specialties as required and adjusts the nursing care process to ensure optimal patient care. Working well under pressure, RNs collaborate with other health team members to coordinate medical and nursing management of patient care. The Emergency Department is very busy, with over 15,000 patients seen per year and currently undergoing expansion. The facility is located in a region known for its unspoiled beauty and four-season recreational activities. As a not-for-profit independent hospital, primary and preventive care, surgical and specialty services, and 24-hour physician-staffed emergency services are provided. Familiarity with the Meditech system or the ability to learn quickly is required. Credentialing must be completed prior to the start date. Any delay in credentialing will result in a delayed start. Holiday coverage is required. Travelers may not be on assignment for more than 26 weeks.
