managing daily nursing operations.* Collaborate with the Director
of Nursing on staffing needs, screening, and interviewing.* Develop

activities to ensure continuity of care.* Identify and report areas

Bring:** RN license in Massachusetts (required).* Graduate from an
accredited nursing program.* 3-5 years of nursing experience in a

support a nursing team.* Strong clinical assessment and
decision-making skills.* Proficiency with electronic medical
records and care management systems.* Current BLS/CPR
certification.* Excellent communication and organizational
