Responsibilities

• Make visits to clients in their homes to assess their physical needs and develop individualized care plans.
  
• Perform diagnostic tests and measurements to evaluate patients' mobility, strength, and balance.
  
• Develop and implement appropriate physical therapy interventions, including manual exercises, gait training, and balance assessments.
  
• Educate patients and their families on rehabilitative care and activities necessary to promote their health and safety.
  
• Accurately document observations, interventions, and evaluations to ensure high-quality patient care.

  • A current license as a Physical Therapist in Massachusetts.
