About the RoleWe are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Clinical Resource Nurse to join our team in the Operating Room, specializing in Podiatry and Maxillofacial care. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional patient care, collaborating with multidisciplinary teams, and contributing to the development of clinical expertise.Key Responsibilities

• Provide expert nursing care to patients undergoing podiatry and maxillofacial procedures, ensuring a safe and efficient experience.
• Collaborate with surgeons, anesthesiologists, and other healthcare professionals to coordinate patient care and optimize outcomes.
• Develop and implement clinical protocols and guidelines to improve patient care and reduce complications.
• Participate in educational activities, including training and mentoring of staff, to enhance clinical knowledge and skills.
• Contribute to the development of departmental policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and best practices.Requirements
  • Minimum of two years of experience in an acute care hospital, with a focus on podiatry and maxillofacial nursing.
  • Current license to practice as a Registered Nurse in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts.
  • BLS certification required.
