With over 35 years of pioneering nucleotide research, we are now leading in the expanding mRNA market.Your role as a Miracle MakerAs a Senior Business Development Manager, you will develop key account relationships, collaborate with KOLs, drive growth across our product portfolio, and partner with GMP Services to onboard clients to GMP mRNA CDMO services. Your success will expand revenue, increase market share, and build long-term partnerships.Key responsibilities:

  • Drive sales and marketing initiatives to meet/exceed revenue targets.
  • Establish strategic relationships with academic, OEM, diagnostic, and therapeutic accounts.
  • Develop in-depth knowledge of the territory and client base for accurate opportunity assessment and sales forecasting.
  • Stay informed on mRNA, oligo, and bioconjugation trends through conferences and meetings.
  • Contribute to Voice of Customer insights to inform marketing strategies.
  • Support brand and product awareness campaigns, focusing on custom oligos, mRNA, bioconjugation, reagents, and services.
  • Leverage internal resources to resolve client issues and pursue revenue opportunities.
  • Communicate proactively with stakeholders and collaborate on customer-facing documents.Qualifications:
    • Bachelor's Degree in Biology, Molecular Biology, Genomics, Biochemistry, or related field.
    • At least 5 years of experience in molecular biology, genomics, or biologics CDMO sales/business development.
    • Proven success in business development, marketing, or sales.
    • Proficiency in Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Salesforce.
    • Excellent communication and presentation skills in English; additional languages are a plus.
    • Strong organizational, analytical, and interpersonal skills.
    • Willingness to travel up to 40%.
    • Ability to work independently from a home office.Compensation & Benefits:Salary range: $154,000 - $190,000, plus long-term incentives, equity, bonuses, and comprehensive benefits. Salary depends on experience, skills, and location.Benefits of being a #MiracleMaker:
