About the Role In this 3rd shift position, you’ll set up and operate CNC machines to produce complex, tight-tolerance components. You'll be part of a high-performing team supporting critical manufacturing processes using state-of-the-art equipment. What You’ll Do Operate and set up CNC mills or lathes to precise tolerances Perform progressive machining of a variety of metals and part geometries Read blueprints, use precision measuring tools, and ensure quality compliance Adjust tooling offsets and replace worn tools as needed Perform hand finishing and basic preventative maintenance Maintain documentation (job routers, inspections, production logs) Support continuous improvement initiatives and maintain a safe workspace Participate in 5S and Lean Manufacturing practices ? Qualifications Required: High School Diploma or GED 3 years CNC machining experience Strong understanding of CNC machine setup and operation Familiarity with blueprint reading and GD&T Ability to multitask and follow detailed work instructions Solid communication and organizational skills Preferred: Associate’s Degree or certificate in Tooling & Machining Experience in a high-mix, low-volume production environment Exposure to aerospace, medical, or defense manufacturing standards Why Tecomet?
