Job Description:Position Description:Develops, maintains, tests,
implements, and supports Archer GRC 6.x applications using Archer
modules such as: Issue Management, Policy Management, Authoritative
Sources, Risk Management, and Vendor Management. Designs complex
On-Demand Applications (ODAs), and complex workflows. Creates
Fields, Reports, iViews, Advanced Workflows, and Dashboards for
various programs and processes as well as custom reporting,
configuring Access Controls, Record Permission, Data Driven Events,
and Notifications. Integrates Archer with tools or systems via Data
Feeds and APIs. Writes custom objects using jQuery/JavaScript to
implement custom functionality.Primary Responsibilities:
- Develops original and creative technical solutions to on-going
development efforts.
- Designs applications or subsystems on major projects and for/in
multiple platforms.
- Develops applications for multiple projects supporting several
divisional initiatives.
- Supports and performs all phases of testing leading to
implementation.
- Assists in the planning and conducting of user acceptance
testing.
- Develops comprehensive documentation for multiple applications
supporting several corporate initiatives.
- Responsible for post-installation testing of any problems.
- Establishes project plans for projects of moderate scope.
- Works on complex assignments and often multiple phases of a
project.
- Performs independent and complex technical and functional
analysis for multiple projects supporting several
initiatives.Education and Experience:Bachelor's degree (or foreign
education equivalent) in Computer Science, Engineering, Information
Technology, Information Systems, Mathematics, Physics, or a closely
related field and three (3) years of experience as a Senior Full
Stack Engineer (or closely related occupation) developing modules
and solutions in Archer GRC and integrating Archer modules with
third-party applications.Or, alternatively, Master's degree (or
foreign education equivalent) in Computer Science, Engineering,
Information Technology, Information Systems, Mathematics, Physics,
or a closely related field and one (1) year of experience as a
Senior Full Stack Engineer (or closely related occupation)
developing modules and solutions in Archer GRC and integrating
Archer modules with third-party applications.Skills and
Knowledge:Candidate must also possess:
- Demonstrated Expertise ("DE") configuring advanced workflows,
data-driven events, access controls, application notifications, and
complex mail merges for individual use cases in Archer; and
providing technical management solutions -- issues, policy,
authoritative sources, risk, and control testing -- using Archer
Modules.
- DE developing and maintaining custom solutions to address
intricate business requirements, using custom objects (JavaScript)
and SQL within the Archer platform.
- DE integrating Archer with external systems and data sources;
and ensuring seamless data exchanges and synchronization using
Archer RESTful API, data feed manager (FTP, Archer-to-Archer, or
JavaScript Transporter data feeds), and extensive shell
scripting.
- DE performing Agile coaching, training, and mentoring in a
trade processing and settlement financial environment, using Scrum,
Kanban, Jira, DOMO, Mural, or Agility
