minimum 1 years Special Education Teacher experience required.

considered. A Special Education Teacher opportunity is available to
serve students in grades K-12 at a school located in Lebanon, NH.
This contract position runs through the current school year, with
an anticipated end date in June 2026. The role involves providing
specialized instruction and support to students with diverse
learning needs within a virtual and in-person hybrid setting. Key
responsibilities include: - Writing, implementing, and monitoring
Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) using the NHSEIS platform.
- Collaborating virtually with teachers, parents, and service
providers through online tools such as Canvas and Zoom, ensuring
seamless communication. - Utilizing data and behavior-tracking
systems like Panorama to monitor and support student progress
effectively. - Applying comprehensive knowledge of federal IDEA
regulations and New Hampshire special education laws, particularly
within virtual delivery contexts. - Assessing and supporting
students with behavioral and affective disorders through positive
behavioral interventions and supports. - Conducting observations
and preparing detailed reports related to student learning
behaviors. - Collaborating with administrators, educators, and
families to promote student success and compliance with special
education mandates. Required qualifications and experience: - Must
hold all state certification requirements for special education in
New Hampshire. - Prior experience as a virtual case manager or
special education teacher in New Hampshire is essential. - Strong
understanding of special education principles, legal mandates, and
effective instructional strategies. - Excellent interpersonal,
written, and verbal communication skills in English. - Ability to
work up to 37.5 hours per week within a dynamic school environment.
