This position plays a crucial role in providing on-site guarding services, ensuring the safety and security of designated properties, personnel, and visitors. With a focus on preventing unauthorized access, vandalism, and theft, this role offers a dynamic and challenging work environment, perfect for motivated individuals ready to contribute to community safety. Monitor and patrol assigned areas to provide a visible deterrence to unauthorized activities. Operate security devices and equipment to screen individuals and prevent passage of prohibited articles into restricted areas. Respond to alarms and investigate disturbances to maintain order and security. Compile reports detailing incident occurrences and provide comprehensive information to management and emergency response teams. Interact with visitors, employees, and law enforcement personnel regularly, providing courteous and professional assistance. Manage access control systems and verify credentials of persons and vehicles entering and exiting the premises. Work collaboratively with other security team members to manage emergencies and implement security protocols efficiently. Ability to operate security monitoring systems, such as CCTV Knowledge of emergency response procedures and conflict resolution Effective communication and interpersonal skills High level of professionalism and keen attention to detail Ability to work various shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays, as required Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Life Insurance State-required training or licensing for security officers First Aid and CPR certification preferred
