Our Facilities & Maintenance department is seeking a dedicated Remodel Team Associate to play a pivotal role in the physical transformation of our properties. This position involves participation in extensive redesign and remodeling projects across various Walmart locations, ensuring our stores stay modern, functional, and inviting. Collaborate with project managers and other team members on large-scale remodel projects. Assist in various tasks including demolition, painting, shelving, fixtures installation, and clean-up operations. Follow detailed plans and instructions to meet the desired specifications and standards. Ensure all activities comply with safety standards, company policies, and regulatory requirements. Provide feedback and suggestions for improvement on remodeling techniques and materials. Document project progress and report any issues or delays to the project manager. Interact professionally with store staff and customers during remodels. Basic understanding of construction or remodeling processes. Ability to use hand tools and power tools safely and efficiently. Strong team player with good communication skills. Capable of physical labor including lifting, bending, and standing for long periods. Attention to detail and ability to follow complex instructions. OSHA Safety Certification is a plus. Training in carpentry, electrical, or plumbing is beneficial.
